The use of 4 types of text formatting including italic.

Three items in the head section
The use of colours using names, rgb() and #hex methods on one line.
One inline CSS command. Mark this with an HTML comment.
Two external and two internal links. One link should be an image.
At least one use of <div>
One Javascript.
One use of a background image.
